I would like to compliment Mel O Air for having such fine, competent, friendly servicemen who come out into our homes to service our air conditioners and/or furnaces. I had my air conditioner serviced on Monday, May 21st, by one of your servicemen who was very helpful in answering my questions regarding my unit and installation, etc! He was very courteous and very informative.
